Get Rid of the Ads

The app itself is good - my 5 year old enjoys it ... But it is frustrating having a sale ad that covers about 1/6 of the sandbox and there does not seem to be a way to turn it off (when I went to parent settings, the same annoying ad blocked a big chunk of the content on that page as well!)
